When you get hot on a Las Vegas summer day, you need the perfect place to cool down. You can find a pool at almost any resort in Las Vegas, but some of these Las Vegas pools feel more like an oasis.
These luxurious Las Vegas pools areas offer poolside gambling, bars, restaurants, private cabanas, and beautiful scenery. Some of the best parties in Vegas are found at the adult pool areas thanks to the famous DJ’s, live performances, blaring music, special cocktails, and even topless options. Here are seven of the best Las Vegas pools for some hot summer fun.
MGM Grand Casino & Hotel
There is a reason the word “Grand” is located in their name. One of the most impressive Las Vegas pools is found at the MGM Grand and features a lazy river, hot tubs, waterfalls, caves, poolside massages, cabanas, palm trees, and islands. The five pool areas at MGM cover six-and-a-half acres allowing visitors to enjoy everything from a relaxing evening to a wild pool party. Party goers will enjoy all of the pool areas, but Wet Republic is one of the busiest summer spots in Las Vegas. The atmosphere at this pool area is more lively thanks to the world-class DJ’s, bikinis, and alcoholic drinks. The pool at MGM Grand can get crowded, but it is well worth the wait.
Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino
Mandalay Bay brings the beach to you with their Mandalay Bay Beach. You’ll find 2,700 tons of beautiful sand scattered across 11 acres, but that is only a portion of what they have to offer. They also have three large pools, a lazy river, and a 1.6 million gallon wave pool, which features a built-in elevated stage for those wanting to jam out to live performances. Adults at Mandalay Bay can find additional fun at the topless-optional pool that guarantees a great time.
The Mirage Hotel & Casino
The pool at The Mirage is a more family-friendly atmosphere, but it offers some of the best scenery on the Las Vegas Strip. Green trees, waterfalls, and islands make the pool look like a large lagoon. This oasis is open and heated all year long, so you’ll even have the opportunity to take a dip during your winter vacations.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
The day-club pool parties were created by Hard Rock with their Rehab pool parties, and they still know how to throw a party. The complex includes three separate pool areas across five acres. The party starts at 11 a.m. and Rehab attendees can be seen dancing, tossing beach balls around, or even gambling at poolside blackjack tables.
ARIA Resort & Casino
Soak up some sun at one of ARIA’s three pools during your next Vegas vacation. Their pool areas are a great place to lounge, take a dip in the water, or enjoy a few drinks with friends. You’ll find the atmosphere more relaxing than many other pool areas on the Strip. If you’re looking for a party atmosphere, they also have the Liquid Pool Lounge that features two pools, private cabanas, and a bar that serves up delicious drinks as you listen to DJ’s.
Caesar’s Palace
The name of their massive swimming area is known as Garden of the Gods Oasis, and it lives up to that giant name. Several different pools offer something for everybody and are named after Roman Gods. The Temple pool allows kids to splash around, the Fortuna pool offers poolside blackjack, Neptune’s pool is perfect for those looking to get in some laps, and Apollo is perfect for sunbathing. For those 21 and older, the Venus pool pumps out the best in hip-hop and dance music with occasional live performances….did we mention, it’s also topless optional.
The Venetian Las Vegas
Those looking for luxury while relaxing poolside will find it at one of The Venetian’s pool areas. The contemporary design looks like something out of a movie and is sure to make you feel like royalty. Each cabana features flat-screen TVs, a safe, a fully-stocked fridge, and a heating and air conditioning unit. What if you find yourself hungry? Check out the restaurant ran by Chef Wolfgang Puck that offers gourmet burgers, sandwiches, pizza, salads, and more.
